1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the kg999 platform and all its associated services. This is a legally binding agreement between the user and kg999.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at kg999 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• A bonus offer may be used only once per account.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after receiving the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Bonuses may not be claimed using multiple accounts, the same device, or the same IP address.
• kg999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6. VIP and Cashback Program

kg999's VIP program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each level based on the net loss for that week:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

For example, if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. Advancing to a higher level depends on active participation on the platform.

7. Gaming Rules

7.1 General Gaming Policy

The outcome of all games offered on kg999 is determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game or in the help section.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, server issue, or network disruption, kg999 will attempt to settle it based on the last valid state. If an abnormal win occurs in a game due to a system error, it will be considered void and the relevant amount may be deducted from the account.

• Playing games using bots or automated software
• Threatening, harassing, or abusive behaviour toward other users or staff
• Attempting to complete verification using a false identity or forged documents
• Using third-party software to manipulate game outcomes

Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 kg999's Rights

kg999 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account in the following situations:

• In the event of a breach of the Terms
• If fraud or deception is suspected
• If identity verification is not completed
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period

9.2 User Rights

10. Limitation of Liability
